At Joyetech UK we are committed to offering the best value kits online in the United Kingdom. Our kit price promise states that if you find the same product at a lower price within 28 days of purchase, we will happily match it, by giving you a credit on your account with the difference.

How to claim your kit price promise

If you do happen to find one of our kits at a lower price and prove that it meets the criteria shown below, please contact our customer service team either by emailing [email protected], calling 01254 264118.

Please have the following information available as we will need to ask a few questions to verify your claim:

1. The full name of the product.
2. The competitors’ website address and how to find it (if emailing please include the url/link) and the price.

If we confirm that the product is being offered at a lower retail price and meets the price promise criteria, then we will match that price.

NB: Where we honour the price, the difference will be returned in the form of a credit added to your account. This can be used on against any future purchase from the Joyetech UK website.

Terms and Conditions

The comparison needs to meet the following:

• Price promise will only apply against a single kit purchase, multiple or bulk purchase options are excluded.
• Price promise will only apply to a competitors normal non discounted retail price.
• The matched price must have been valid on day of the original purchase from joyetech.co.uk
• The product is identical to the one we sell (brand, material etc)
• The competitor must be based in the UK, selling direct to consumers and not a wholesaler.
• The kit matched must be available and in stock
• The online price promise excludes retailers such as Amazon and eBay sellers, resellers, any type of auction sites, factory outlets and liquidation sales.
• The online price promise excludes site affiliations, cashback, voucher/discount codes, gift cards, free gifts, giveaways, competitions etc.
• The online price promise excludes any online offers from Joyetech UK post the date of purchase.
• Joyetech UK’s decision will be final on the price promise.
• Joyetech UK reserves the right to withdraw our price promise offer at any time.
• These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
